A BUILDING TO SHARE
From our own employees to buyers, clients and partners: everyone is welcome here. The approach to this multifunctional building of approximately 7,500 m2 has been fundamentally different in several ways. Anyone entering the reception hall will notice it immediately: this environment feels comfortable. It’s a place where you want to be and where you want to stay. Every design choice is aimed at connecting people under the best possible circumstances. It invites networking and aims to satisfy all users. We also expect to be able to develop more innovative ideas this way, which will help our customers to move forward.
A BUILDING TO CONNECT
he building has something to offer for everyone. It houses flexible office spaces, our own design studio as well as AR, VR and BIM spaces. However, the Inspiration Centre is not just a paradise for our own employees. Specialists can share their knowledge in the auditorium, guests are welcomed in the inviting and green brasserie, and home buyers are welcomed in the spacious THUIS ('home') showroom. The building connects not just colleagues, but also clients and partners.

A nice space helps you to come up with new insights and inspiring plans, and challenges you to successful cooperation. To build for the best human performance, Dura Vermeer has invested heavily in smart digital applications. For example, a sophisticated system always guarantees the most optimal climate in the auditorium and meeting rooms. Whether it’s temperature, humidity, CO2, light, smell or acoustics... everything is taken into account.
GREENER AND HEALTHIER
Creativity and productivity thrive in a healthy office experience. The building is not just innovative, it has a sustainable core that goes beyond ‘green’. Rather than a sedum roof, Dura Vermeer has created a complete roof garden for both biodiversity and fresh ingredients for the brasserie. The solar panels on the well-insulated roof contribute to the ‘fully electric’ office. The building’s air is purified partly by a green wall of plants that have been selected for their oxygen-richness. A centrally placed staircase stimulates vitality; the lifts are accessible only for the disabled and for goods.
